Three transport options

1. California to Java by air

For personal effects or commercial cargo travelling from the Bay Area or Los Angeles to Java, Indonesia. Ask us about air transport with collection and destination delivery arrangements. This option does not require the Hong Kong-to-Java sea leg. Flight connections depend on the booked service; “by air” does not promise a nonstop flight.

2. California to Hong Kong by air

For cargo whose destination is Hong Kong. Tell us the pickup ZIP code, delivery address, goods description, weight and dimensions. We will check acceptance and confirm whether the proposed quote includes airport handling, local delivery, or other requested arrangements.

3. California to Hong Kong by air, then Java by sea

A multimodal option combining the USA–Hong Kong air leg with an onward Hong Kong–Java sea leg. It involves an additional transfer and sailing schedule. Suitability, handling requirements and the total journey estimate depend on your shipment and the available arrangements.

What does door-to-door include?

Door-to-door describes the agreed collection and delivery scope, not a promise that every charge is included. Before booking, confirm pickup, cargo handling, transport legs, destination handling and final delivery. Ask specifically about duties, taxes, customs-related charges, insurance, storage and any exclusions. Local trucking is outsourced to delivery partners.

How much does shipping cost, and how long does it take?

We provide shipment-specific quotes rather than a universal rate or guaranteed transit time. Cargo dimensions, weight, contents, route, collection and delivery locations affect the proposal. Ask which weight basis applies and whether quoted transit estimates include pickup, transfers, customs processes and final delivery.

Prepare these details for your quote

  • Pickup city and ZIP code in the Bay Area or Los Angeles.
  • Destination city and postal code in Java or Hong Kong.
  • Number of packages, dimensions of each package and gross weight.
  • Clear description of goods, intended use and approximate value.
  • Preferred ready date and any delivery deadline.
  • Any batteries, liquids, food, medicine or other goods needing acceptance review.

Do not pack or tender restricted or dangerous goods without confirming acceptance and required arrangements. Documentation and import/export requirements depend on the goods and destination. A quote request does not itself confirm acceptance or customs clearance.
